AppPresser 4 is here!
We are excited to announce that AppPresser 4 is now available. All new customers will be on version 4, and existing customers can migrate based on availability.
You can purchase today and get a special launch discount by heading over to our pricing page.
What’s New in AppPresser 4?
We rewrote almost everything to create a better infrastructure on the backend, and provide better design and performance for your apps. Here are some highlights:
- Update to Ionic 5: new design, better animations, faster performance. Read more in this article.
- Update to WKWebview: it’s faster, and also required by Apple by April 2020.
- Free app store resubmissions, saving you money
- Better login authentication and new membership features with JWT
- Lots more, see the announcement post here
We also changed our payment system, and moved away from plugin licensing. This means a much easier setup process, no more license key headaches!
Pricing
Pricing has changed, we now offer monthly billing and free trials! Two of our most requested features 🙂
We are also offering custom development on the Professional and Custom plans, those customers can contact us for a quote to help them build any custom feature.
We are no longer offering refunds. This is for two reasons: the free trial should give everyone plenty of time to assess AppPresser, and monthly billing allows a smaller commitment up front.
We have also changed our terms of service, please review those if you are interested. Existing customers are all grandfathered in to their current pricing structures and terms.
How do I get AppPresser 4?
New customers can purchase today by heading over to our pricing page.
We will upgrade existing customers as soon as possible based on availability. Please note that there may be an upgrade fee depending on when you purchased, and what type of account you have. We will send an email to existing customers with more information. For now you do not need to contact us to request an upgrade.

I still see no plan for resellers or agency’s. I know Ionic is getting ready to release there own low code platform that will work for multiple apps. Did you guys just give up on this market?

Since we just released, we don’t have a ton of v4 examples, but Art of Manliness is on v4.
How can i see if my account is ready for Apppresser4. Will there be a new AP-Ion-4 Theme available?
Went through pricing, don’t see an agency tab. Do we as an agency have to pay a certain fee to upgrade to AppPresser 4?

Is Ion 5 the same as Ion 1.5.3? I do not see Ion 5 anywhere in my account area for download?
Should I have access to this version of the theme “Update: update Ionic Native to 5.25.0” I have sent in multiple tickets at this stage over the past 4/5 days and my account area does not have a theme V5 of anything? I have access to Ion 1.5.3 does that work with Apppresser V4???
