FIP Living gives residents of Fleming Island Plantation “instant access to your community at your fingertips.” On Google Play it is described as the official community app for residents, built to keep neighbors “connected and informed with up-to-date announcements, event calendars, and important neighborhood information, all in one place.”
The app is managed by Vesta Property Services, the Florida association management company that runs the community’s amenities, and it is built with AppPresser and powered by the FIP Living WordPress website.

Who Is Behind Vesta Property Services
Vesta Property Services describes itself as “Florida’s most trusted association management company since 1995,” and says Florida communities have trusted it for HOA, condominium and amenity services for more than 30 years. The company was started by Frank Surface, who began by financing residential communities and helping homeowner groups buy and own the facilities developers had put in place. According to a Jacksonville Business Journal special report published on Vesta’s site, the company consolidated a group of affiliated management and service companies and officially rebranded as Vesta Property Services Inc. in 2010, and it topped the Journal’s 2014 list of residential property management companies.
Today Vesta offers community association, HOA, condominium, high-rise and active adult community management, along with amenity management, district management services, financial services and maintenance, with offices across Florida. The Journal’s report noted that its staff includes everyone needed to operate a residential community, from administrative personnel to lifeguards. Fleming Island Plantation is a community in Fleming Island, Florida, whose amenities are owned by the Fleming Island Plantation Community Development District (CDD) and operated by Vesta. The Amenity Center at 2300 Town Center Blvd includes swimming pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts and a playground, and the Plantation Splash Park on Calming Water Drive adds a water slide, wading pool, water bucket feature, playground, pavilions, an activity field and a walking path. The on-site team includes General Manager Margaret Alfano, Amenity Manager Jennifer Meadows and Field Ops Manager Fred Atwood.
